At SlayWigs, we are committed to ensuring the quality of our products. Each item undergoes meticulous inspection before leaving our warehouse. If you receive a defective product, we apologize for the inconvenience and offer a straightforward return process.


Defective Product Handling

If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase due to a quality issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Initiate Your Return:
  2. Provide Evidence:
    • Submit clear photos or videos highlighting the product’s defects.
  3. Refund Process:
    • Once the defect is confirmed (usually within one business day), we will:
      • Issue a refund to your original payment method, or
      • Credit the refund amount to your SlayWigs account.

Important:

  • A return will not be processed if you cannot provide media evidence or if the provided content does not establish a defect.
  • All returned items must be in their original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • Return shipping charges are your responsibility.

Returns or Cancellations (Non-Quality Issues)

  1. Order Cancellations:
    • Orders can only be canceled prior to shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
  2. Returns/Exchanges:
    • Returns and exchanges unrelated to quality issues must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the product.
    • You are responsible for both return shipping and redelivery costs.
  3. Refund Without Return:
    • Refunds without returning the package are applicable if:
      • The courier confirms package loss or damage, or
      • We mistakenly send the wrong item, size, or printed product.

Item Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in original condition: unworn, undamaged, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Items marked as non-returnable or complimentary items cannot be returned.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 8 business days after confirmation of the return.
  • You can opt to:
    • Receive the refund in your SlayWigs account, or
    • Receive the refund to your original payment account.
    • (Note: Credit or debit card refunds may require an additional 3-7 business days for processing.)

Please Note: Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.


Important Reminders

  • Do Not Return Items to the Sender’s Address: Use the return address provided by our team to avoid delays.
  • Return Only SlayWigs Items: We are not responsible for non-SlayWigs items mistakenly included in your return package.
